As a personal solo project, I owned the entire 0-to-1 product lifecycle for an intelligent job matching system. I engineered a full-stack application that allows users to upload a resume, which is then parsed to extract key skills and experience. The system queries job board APIs, filters for remote-only roles, and uses a matching algorithm to display only positions with a >70% alignment score. This project is a direct demonstration of my ability to independently build scalable recruiting tools. Note: This project was conceptualized, designed, developed, tested, debugged, and launched into production in a three day 0-1 time period.
I conceptualized and built the Flow AI Career Finder from scratch to explore how AI can guide meaningful career development. The tool takes unstructured user inputs like personality traits, hobbies, and preferences, and outputs tailored career paths, including actionable steps needed to enter each field. This project showcases my deep curiosity about people development and my ability to apply first-principles thinking to build products that can fundamentally enhance company culture and empower people to do their best work. Note: This project was conceptualized, designed, developed, tested, debugged, and launched into production in a 15 hour 0-1 time period.
