Key Accomplishments

• Recovered a natural language to SQL data program that was six months past deadline and $17K past its total contract value, with 92 of roughly 4,000 requested tasks accepted. Diagnosed that pipeline runs were silently overwriting every client-requested fix, patched the pipeline, built an automated quality checker and an automated query pair generator, and delivered 4,259 QA pairs twelve days after takeover. No changes were requested and the client accepted the entire batch.
• Held full budget accountability on every program owned, tracking spend against contract value continuously rather than at close so overruns surfaced while they could still be corrected. No project went over budget during my ownership, including programs that were already past contract value when I took them on.
• Isolated a systemic timing defect on an enterprise ASR program that sat upstream of both the annotators and the correction pipeline, in the automated segmentation seeds, confirming it acoustically on 27 of 28 files, then rebuilt the correction pipeline with versioned rules and a regression gate and delivered 63 files and 36,000+ annotated regions with a full change log
• Found that an inherited transcription rate was roughly a quarter of measured production cost, then built the cost and rate justification models, a two pass annotation workflow, and a tiered QA taper behind the production proposal
• Built a contributor qualification web application that turns production quality reviews into searchable skill evidence, seeded with 63,630 contributors, 169 projects, 361 skills, and 32,843 historical quality reviews
• Designed a consensus scoring method that separated genuine quality failures from tasks where expert disagreement reflected subjectivity rather than error, adopted as the standard across consensus-based projects
• Built a QA dashboard generator that replaced manual weekly metrics reporting and saved each project lead roughly six hours per week, with tools integrated directly into client systems for live quality and performance tracking
• Led the highest performing team in a global contributor program, with the highest retention, lowest churn, highest activity, and highest quality of any team and 98%+ contributor engagement and retention. After a company-wide reduction, 96% of the remaining coding team had been hired and trained by me, most advancing into project lead, security engineering, and management roles
• Uncovered and resolved $800K in fraudulent payouts from an internal task farm scheme, identified through output volumes no single contributor could produce, and implemented controls protecting program integrity
• Built contractor availability and capacity tracking that gave leadership real-time visibility across coding teams and reduced bench time
• Contributed to enterprise LLM data projects from conception through delivery, consistently meeting quality benchmarks, remaining within given budget, and timeline commitments for Fortune 500 clients
• Served as SNHU's Data Reporting Coordinator, Project Manager, Report Developer, and Mapping SME, driving key initiatives
• Contributed to the successful development and deployment of a comprehensive data warehouse dictionary, coordinating analytics personnel across multiple subdomains
• Contributed to the development of integrating mapping data into Power BI with visuals showing the last refresh date/time, datatype details, UAT testing status, migration info, and data definitions
